Spicy Vegetable Stew Recipe

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, chopped 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1 bell pepper, chopped 2 carrots, sliced 2 zucchinis, diced 1 can of diced tomatoes 2 cups of vegetable broth 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Salt and pepper to taste Fresh cilantro, for garnish
